Bridgestone welcomes Stuart Jackson to its ranks
Stuart Jackson, a regular contributor to Freight Industry Times and one of the most recognisable faces in road safety, has joined Bridgestone’s north region senior management team as business development director.
In his new role Stuart will work in support of all departments in the UK and Ireland as well as the Nordic countries of Finland, Denmark Sweden, Iceland and Norway. He will manage the delivery of a number of key projects as part of a continued process to transform the sales and profitability of the business.
Stuart will report to managing director Robin Shaw, who expressed his delight at the appointment when saying: “Stuart has 25 years of sales, marketing and business development experience in the UK and EMEA automotive aftermarket.
“He brings many core strengths to the business which allow us to focus on planning, corporate change management and project implementation.
“Stuart is involved in many industry bodies and will be able to support our continued development and planned strategies within the industry.”

Stuart Jackson will continue in his industry role as Chairman of TyreSafe.
