L&R Roadlines supports BBC's Children in Need at CarFest North

One of the UK’s largest road surfacing contractors provided new track markings for CarFest North, the annual event founded by TV presenter Chris Evans to support BBC’s Children in Need.

L&R Roadlines installed around 2.5km of temporary edge lines to provide a visual guide for drivers of some of the world’s most exotic supercars at the event in Cheshire in July.  Since its first edition in 2012 it has attracted over 337,000 visitors and raised more than £6 million.

John Campbell, contracts supervisor at L&R Roadlines, said: “We are delighted to have supported BBC Children in Need at CarFest North, helping to ensure that the track met the highest safety standards and contributing towards the overall success of the event.”
