Freight Industry Times has launched FIT FOR THE FUTURE – a new campaign to address the skills shortages in the freight sector and attract more young people to the industry. We have highlighted five key challenges the industry needs to address as a matter of urgency:

4. Increase skills and training provision
5. Embrace gender and cultural diversity
Over the coming months, Freight Industry Times will be looking at these challenges in depth, examining the latest initiatives from across government, industry and academia, as well as featuring those innovative companies who are rising to the FIT FOR THE FUTURE challenge.
