One of the fastest growing providers of transportation logistics in North America, XPO Logistics, has entered into a definitive agreement with Norbert Dentressangle to acquire a majority interest in the Lyon based global provider of contract logistics.

As Multimodal 2015 enters its final day at the NEC Birmingham (Halls 6, 7 and 8) the event looks set to break its previous records. This year, the UK and Ireland’s premier logistics event, features a record 295 exhibiting stands. Event director Robert Jervis has predicted that the final visitor total will exceed 8,000 (last year it attracted 7,100).
